It is officially summer in Jackson Hole! Memorial Day signifies the kickoff to summer in some places, it’s 4th of July in others. The weekly Farmers Market in Jackson Hole means summer to locals! And as of July 5th—the first market of the year—summer is in the full-swing.
Every Saturday from early July through the third Saturday of September, the Jackson Hole Farmers Market pops up on Town Square in downtown Jackson. From 8 AM to Noon, you’ll find booths stocked full of fresh produce, freshly baked breads, homemade pies and sweets, locally raised beef, handcrafted cheese, stunning wildflowers, and much more.
In addition to the vendors and fares, the Jackson Hole Farmers Market features three weekly staples:
1. A Featured Local Chef: With a wealth of world-class chefs in our small mountain town, each week the local featured chef pulls out all the stops to impress!
2. Market Sponsor: Local businesses worth knowing about sponsor the market.
3. Non-Profit Of The Week: 10% of the market’s proceeds benefit that week’s local non-profit.
The Saturday Farmers Market is a favorite amongst locals and visitors. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a weekend morning during the Jackson Hole summer. There’s a hump day option in Jackson Hole, too. Every Wednesday at the base of Snow King, the People’s Market pops up from 4–7 PM. With free bike-in movies, local beers on draught, live music, and local vendors, the People’s Market is a mid-week institution in Jackson Hole.
